We are looking for a positive team players who are looking to join an experienced team. We would like someone who will bring energy, ideas, and enthusiasm and who will contribute to the day to day running of a busy kitchen (Sous & CDP)
Key areas of responsibility,
– Commitment and care for quality and service
– Preparing and cooking food from the restaurant menu
– Financial and stock control
– Maintaining legislative standards of cleanliness and control
Minimum one years’ experience in a busy kitchen environment and Level 2 food handling certificated (Sous & CDP)
Ideally, already able to prepare, cook and present to a high standard in keeping with what guests would expect of a premium country inn.
Salary will be negotiable based on skill and experience. The role is based in Lowick and you should have transport in place to get to and from work.
